3DS Roms
The Nintendo 3DS ran from 2011 to 2020 and built one of the strongest handheld libraries in gaming history. CIA files are the standard ROM format for 3DS titles — they work with custom firmware on real hardware and with Citra or Lime3DS on PC and Android.
The library here covers the full range of what made the 3DS worth owning. RPG fans get Bravely Default, Persona Q2, and the Inazuma Eleven series. Pokémon titles span mainline releases and fan-made ROM hacks. Dragon Ball fans have Extreme Butoden and Fusions. Nintendo staples like Mario Kart 7 sit alongside niche Japanese releases that never got wide Western distribution.
Use the filters to search by genre, gameplay style, or region. Most titles are available in USA or EU builds, with some Japan-exclusive releases included where English patches exist or the game is playable without translation.
If you need a full setup walkthrough, the Citra installation guide covers Windows and Android from download to first launch.
