Pokemon Black Version Rom can be played on an emulator using the ROM, making it easy to revisit Unova on a computer.
In Pokemon Black, you head to the Unova region, the main new setting for Generation 5. You explore new towns and routes in Unova and run into a lot of new Pokémon along the way. At the beginning, Professor Juniper gives the player a choice between three starters: Tepig, Snivy, and Oshawott. From there, the player travels across Unova, challenging Gyms, catching Pokémon, and building a team along the way.
Compared to the older games, battles look livelier. Pokemon are fully animated during fights, and the overworld uses more advanced 3D-style graphics. Rotation Battles and Triple Battles are new here, and they change the way you set up your team and go into battles. Unova also runs on an in-game season system. As the months pass, certain areas look different, and some Pokemon appear only in specific seasons, which slightly changes how exploration and team-building work.
This version includes its own exclusive area, Black City, with Trainers, shops, and challenges that don’t appear in the paired game.
